My phone line hasn't any dial tone and hasn't been working since before Xmas. I've only had this service for a short while and it didn't start very well and now this. Run all tests and all are shown as okay including testing the equipment.

I have run a test on your line and the number isn't showing on the switch so I'm just going to get this raised and we should have your line back up and running within the next 72 hours. Please let me know if there's any problems after this time and I'll investigate it further for you.
