Had virgin installed 2 weeks ago, since then i have no been recieving & not able to make phone calls. When i try to call a home phone or mobile phone from my phone line it says 'number not recognised' not sure if this is a virgin fault but help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end for you, we're not detecting any issues at the moment though. As this is a new install I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to take a closer look, if you're available.
