Phone line not working

Just moved and installed Virgin using the quick start but my phone isn't working - says " please check line cord" - I've checked and all seems to be ok?

Apologies to hear that you are having an issue with your phoneline. 

 

Checking the account I can see an engineer visit has been booked for you for tomorrow.
