Phone line not working

Evening, we have had no phone service for at least ten days. No dial tone. Called Virgin nearly a week ago. The operator said an engineer would need to come out but couldnt book it as they had a problem with the system. No call back as promised. Very disappointing.

can someone resolve this please.

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line has not been working for some time, I'd really like to help you out. 

I do apologise that you never got the call back as promised, I've taken a look at the notes on the account, and can see that all testing was done, and we now need to book a technician.
