I've located your account and the line state is not showing any cause for concern at present.
Did you try disconnecting and reconnecting the handset or trying different equipment, if available?
I've plugged and unplugged the phone five times now, and I still don't hear anything. I have not got any other handset to try, I bought the phone I'm using yesterday.
I tried calling the number from my moblie, but it doesn't ring, or even show that someone is calling.

I think the best way to proceed would be to get an engineer out to you to take a physical look at this.
Someone of the age of 18+ would need to be present in order for this to go ahead.
