Phone line fault - Engineering support 10 days for next appointment!! Total #'&*

No dial tone, get engaged tone or ringing tone when calling from outside line.

Ran test as per web page no fault, tried different handset and 2nd socket , Called 150 (from mobile)  Gave all information. Engineer booked. 10 days for engineer appointment. 

This is totally unacceptable to have to wait 10 days for an engineer.

If I was a new customer buying a package would it take 10 days?? 

Customer Service take note or rename to something more appropriate.
