Recently moved into property which already had virgin media and phone connections. Broadband/TV is working fine, but phone line is dead.
I have tried connecting an old phone and brand new one neither is working.
If I ring from an external number I do get a ring tone on that number but nothing happens on the new property phone.
Can anyone help ?
