My land line has no dial tone and the line is constantly engaged when people try to ring it.
The online service status says that there are no known phone faults for my area and I have tried the online service status test but this always stops at 99%.
I have tried 2 different phones both of which are working when tried on the neighbours system.
Please could you help or advise.

*Remember that someone of the age of 18+ would need to be in attendance for the full duration of the visit.
