Phone line dead

Hasn't worked for over two weeks now. Can't run the online test as the page doesn't work. No dial tone. No incoming or outgoing calls work.

I'm sorry to hear about the fault experienced Rogward, 

 

I've located your account and the line state is displaying as active at the moment. 

 

Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the telephone from the Virgin socket or tried different equipment at all?

I am in the same boat too, there appears to be many many people with the same problem - lets not forget they turnover £4 BILLION pounds

Hi

 

I've turned the base unit off and on a few times at the mains by unplugging it. The unit remembers the previous saved answerphone messages. I've also disconnected the line from the Virgin socket and reconnected it. No use. I don't have another phone to check the line with, unfortunately.
