I gave VM my 30 day cancellation notice the other day due to a number of reasons. Since then my phone line has been dead and broadband constantly going on and off. I can't do the online test as that page is down & I don't fancy calling the 0345 number in my mobile. Any ideas?
Regarding your phone line receiving no tone, this means there is not an active line coming into the house. I would suggest to contact Virgin Media back to confirm what steps they have done from your previous request of the cancellation.
