My phone line appears to be dead I've tried calling Virgin from my mobile but I'm just not getting through. I've even bought a new phone to make sure it wasn't a hardware problem but the line just isn't working.
I've tried to use the 'test' link on site, but it doesn't appear to work which means I can't arrange an engineer either.
Can anyone give me an idea as to what I can try next?
