My phone line has not been working for a few days now. I have checked that it is connected properly and I have also checked the line with other phone sets. I have spent most of the afternoon on hold, not being able to speak to someone at Virgin, which is going to rack up quite a mobile bill. Please could someone help with getting our line working again? Could someone also explain why it says approximate waiting time "1 minute" before keeping me on hold for about half an hour, prompting me to hang up and try again?
