I changed over to Virgin about a month ago but our phone line is still not working. I can make calls but can't receive calls. I have called virgin many times and each time I am told that it will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. I called again today but they said that they cannot confirm a time frame and will be sorted "as soon as they can". It's been a month since I moved over to Virgin but this service is appalling. Has anyone experienced this and how long will it actually take before our line is ready to receive calls? This was definitely not what I signed up for when I moved to Virgin.
