Having a new front door fitted, and the fitter has pulled the cable out of the box on the wall on the 'entry' side of the box, as opposed to the 'phone' side.
Do I contact BT or Virginmedia for repair? I don't know who owns the incoming phone cable.

If you pay your phone bill to Virgin Media then contact Virgin. If you pay it to BT then contact BT. Simples!

Contacted Virgin and an engineer will be with me tomorrow (Thursday). Sorted!
