Phone issues

I've had no phone for over 5dys now! No tone nothing. Tried the Virgin Media site for help & nothing as I don't have a working line I'm unable to call the numbers supplied which is stupid asking customers to do so,there should be other options

There are other options. You are using one of them. The staff Forum Team here can test your line & book engineers visits if required, though they may take a day or so to respond.

Or you can use online chat via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems with your phone line at the moment. 


I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're not seeing any issues being reported, so are you able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or your handset on an alternate line?
