I've had no phone for over 5dys now! No tone nothing. Tried the Virgin Media site for help & nothing as I don't have a working line I'm unable to call the numbers supplied which is stupid asking customers to do so,there should be other options

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're not seeing any issues being reported, so are you able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or your handset on an alternate line?
