Phone dead

Phone off for  5 days. All checks done. Engineer booked failed to turn up. What now?

That is dreadful.

Unfortunately I think the only option is going to be to contact Virgin Media again to ask them what is happening.  There is the option of phoning them up or using the Live Chat feature.

Virgin Media staff do answer posts on this public forum but can often take up to a week to reply, so one of the options I suggest above may be quicker.
