I have now located your account and ran a line test and it's showing blocked so can I just confirm if you've tried unplugged any phones you have in the sockets and trying one at a time just in case it's the equipment?
Rose I have tired this already. The phone was not working about 1month ago and I contacted virgin. They told me it must be my equipment. A couple of days later an engineer was working in the box across the road and the phone worked for 3 day's then stopped again.
