My phone constantly says 'line in use' and rings every few minutes (I presume to notify me of the line being active.) I can't make any new calls and I can't hang up on the current one. I've googled it and it says it may be a fault with the line.
I've done all the necessary tests with the phone and it appears to be in full working order.
Has anybody experienced this before and does anyone have a solution? is it a line fault?

I have located your account to run a test on the line and I'm unable to find a fault in the area at the moment so I would like to arrange for a technician to visit your property. If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
