Phone and Broadband

I have had issues with my phone and Broadband.

Internet buffering, slow speeds and a phone that can receive calls but not dial out.

This month there was a major fault somewhere three and a half days with no TV, Broadband or phone line.

I was told that my bill would be credited with the loss of services, checked my bill nothing.

Can't even phone them on 150 to find out what is going on!

Now I am looking at Sky or BT as an alternative.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your telephone and broadband services at the moment. 

 

I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this and run some tests on your line from our end, we're not detecting any errors at the moment though. Have you been able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or handset on an alternate line?
