Phone Problem – No dial tone

Hello,

I installed my Virgin Broadband a few days ago and it's working fine but the phone line is not working. There is no dial tone.

Is there a way to fix this or do I need to call an engineer out?

You would need an engineer out to investigate this.

You can do an online chat with VM here : https://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1001&PARTITION_ID=1&TIMEZON... if you follow the steps through, or you can call VM up on 0345 454 1111 from your mobile.
