Phone Line

My phone line has a constant engaged tone on it but a bit faster. However I can still dial out and receive calls . Any suggestions please.

Have you by any chance got a burglar alarm connected to your phone?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. It's great to see that Dave_cq was able to give you some advice on this issue. Also, if you are getting a "broken dialling tone" it could be a message on your Virgin Media voice messaging system.

Try dialling 1571 and follow the instructions to retrieve your message. Have a look at our online Help pages about our voicemail service on your landline:
