TF5 area - TV, Broadband and Phone went down completely. TV and Broadband back but phone line has no dial tone.
Service Status reports no known problems and running equipment test on-line gets to 99% then fails to complete

Yes - after trying to get 'chat' for 45mins. It would have saved a lot of time if
a: the on-line listed 'service status' showed a fault in the area and
b: the on-line tine test worked - it just hung at 99%
