Completely new to Virgin and am getting a phone line installed next week. I don't currently have a phone in the house so wanted to check whether I need to provide a handset or if Virgin supply this? If I need to get it myself, are there are requirements?
Hi, after having been without a reliably working landline for more than 6 months, a Virgin Media engineer just told me that the problem is that I have a 'BT' handset that does not have the correct REN for Virgin.
Its not a 'BT' handset but a newly purchased quality handset. Personally I think the guy is wrong. What is the correct technical advice?
