Since 4pm today my phone is has been blocked.
(my bill is paid and even paid some in advance)
After ringing the call fault center (India) from a phone box,I carefully explained the fault and explained that I do not own a mobile and need my land line fixed.
He said there is nothing he could do and that he would call me tomorrow
(I hope you can see the mentality i am am dealing with here)
After reminding him that my phone does not work he then asked me to call back
in the morning.
The chat online option at the Virgin website is just for show and does not work.
I do not want to book for an engineer to visit in 2 weeks time.
Is there anyway I can contact someone to fix a fault via Email ?

That was booked via the automated service, its an unrealistic repair time (waiting 6 days from when the problem started)
i managed to speak to someone British yesterday who said it needs fixing from the junction box and it should
be fixed for today.
Very sorry to hear this has happened. Did they mention if there were any faults in your area at the time?
I can see your technician is still booked for tomorrow 20/10 so please let me know if there's any problems after your visit.
