I've been trying to permanently with hold my number on outgoing calls,but it seems virgin customer service are unaware of the service although it is on the website. I've read a thread where this service is described as permanent number block. Anyone have any advice.
The order on your account is open but unfortunately there's no pending date at the moment, in order to move the order along I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 so we can clear security to ask.
