Does anyone know why we have to pay for a phone line that I never use as part of my package , I don't have a home phone plugged in and haven't for around a year, doesn't seem fair we are made to pay for it?
As an existing subscriber, assuming you are out of contract, you can change to any of the deals/bundles advertised by VM at the price advertised. Most bundles include a phone, some packages do not.
You save more if you have all 3 services so there is usually only a couple of quid difference between a bundle WITH landline and a package without. Which suits you best and what services it offers is up to you.
