Parents phones not working

Bought parents new BT phones but when connected to virgin line they can’t make or receive any calls. I have been onto technician and line checked but no line fault identified. How do I book a technician to go out and see them?

Welcome to the community.

I will be happy to help check this out for you.  Has the fault occurred since connecting the new phones?  Have you tested a different handset to see if the fault is still present?

It's important we rule out a potentially faulty handset before arranging for an engineer appointment.

Handset working so we’re at a loss. Is it because it’s a BT phone make?
