PHONE LINE DEAD

Telephoned Virgin on the 4th January guess what they cannot send an Engineer out until FRIDAY 13th January - isn't that great service, I don't think!  The equipment Virgin are using now is appalling poor quality, after having three Internet Hubs replaced in 18 months, three TIVO boxes replaced in one year and now the phone line is out - what does that tell you about the company, not a lot!!

I have written a formal email complaint to Tom Mockridge CEO - it is the only time that you appear to get some service from Virgin now.  I have been a customer for 27 years and can say without fear of contradiction that Virgin's total customer care has gone pear shaped over the past 18 months in Northern Ireland.
