I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.
I've run some tests on the line from our end for you and we're not detecting any errors from our end. Have you been able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or your handset on an alternate line?
I got onto Live Chat and they also checked the line,I has also done so online ,every one found no problem..although there was...so it was arranged for an engineer to come out..but...not til Tuesday...thank God for mobiles!!!!:
