This is getting ridiciolous 3 unwanted calls since 07.30 this morning and its only 09.00am,why is virgin not doing any thing about these calls,i am now looking into taking legal action as your phone service is causing us distress and we have o have the answer machine on all the times. Please pass this on to a senior person who can actually do something about these nuisance calls.
Short of cutting your phone off there's nothing Virgin Media can do about nuisance calls. If you haven't already done so you can sign up for the Telephone Preference Service but they only block cold calls originating in the UK. If the calls originate from abroad, and most of these do, there's nothing the TPS or anyone else can do about it.
Your answer machine is the best and only real line of defence and it's what we have on 24/7.
