Yesterday at 9pm my Husband called and the phone only rang once and then went to voicemail.
He rang again and I picked up quickly but the line was terrible. Really noisy and crackling sounds in the end we gave up.
I ran the test on Virgin Media and it said to book an engineer. I did this online and the earliest is on Thursday between 12-4pm. So I booked it.
This morning I checked the phone hoping that it had sorted itself out but no! Now I have no dialling tone either. I signed into Virgin Media to check my engineers appointment and there is nothing there?
