No service

For most of this week I have had no phone line. I have tried calling from my mobile and got nowhere with trying to speak to someone. When I called the other day I had no phone, no broadband and no tv service. And no way of contacting anyone to find out what was happening. Is there an email address for customer service that I can email from my mobile? I am currently having treatment for breast cancer and at home so I need my phone to be working.

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your telephone service recently. 

 

I've located your account to take a closer look at this from our end and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
