Hi, my phone doesn't appear to be working, thought it might be a problem with our cordless phones, so I bought a new non cordless one yesterday, but I don't get a ringtone at all, also if you phone the number it rings, but I can't hear it.

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end for you. We're seeing no problems being detected at the moment, although as you've been able to test your handset I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to take a closer look.
