Like a number of others posting here. I have had no phone line for the last 3 days. If I try to run a test on the service status page it says it cannot complete the test. Can't contact them on 150 and Chat is not working. How else do I get in touch without paying for expensive mobile calls?
I have tested your line from here and everything looks okay so just before I arrange for a technician I'd just like to check whether you have tried another phone in the Virgin Media socket to rule out any fault with your equipment?
