No phone

I am seriously begining to think that this is the worst decision we have made, came home tonight to find phone dead, no dial tone, can't dial out, can't dial in.  Virgin advise there are no faults in the are and when you run the Virgin phone diagnostics, (it takes less than 2 minutes......................................) it hangs at 99% completion on two occassions.

Doesw anyone actually have an honest answer?
