I now have the clever box and a sipgate package but am unable to make or receive calls, despite accessing the linksys setup menu via the ip address (proving I am physically connected to the Virgin Media hub. My sipgate account online shows a record of my incoming calls, so I know that bit is working too.

Have you managed to get up and running,  and if so, how?
