No phone service after a month

After a month, one engineer's visit and a no-show from another engineer I have no phone service, an enormous bill and a very slow broadband service. This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. Does Virgin ever deliver its contracts?

Thanks for posting in the community and I'm very sorry to learn about the issues you're experiencing with your landline.

 

Your line is showing active so can I just check what the previous engineer advised and also has a Virgin Media master socket been installed in your property?

There is nowhere to plug a phone in. An engineer visited but said he couldn't fix it, but said he would make an appointment for another one to visit today, but nobody came. Our box has no phone socket.
