No landline at my place for several days?
It rings externally but not in the house - handset been swapped for a known good one but still the same.
Virgin test passes ok. Online engineer booking doesn't work - call on your Virgin fone it says - good one!
I exclusively use mobile but have an elderly relative at the house and need line working in case of medical emergency.
Can I get an urgent appointment if I pay?
