No landline dial tone

I have no landline dial tone consequently no telephone service.

I need to be able to use my phone.

All sorted by a very knowledgeable Virgin engineer. Landline fault traced to Street box, and a further fault on broadband traced to placement of router. Engineer was diligent and took great care to ensure the expected service was working properly before he left. Arrived on time on the appointed day, ten.out of ten for great customer service.
