While there is a dial tone and we can call out, we can not receive any calls on our virgin landline. We have tried multiple (corded) phones with the same issue. When we call out the correct Virgin number appears. This has been an issue since we signed up to Virgin, so not sure what we're paying for. Any help greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that your Landline isn't working fully. I can see you have been in touch with us since you last posted and have an engineer visit booked. This is great to see. It would be great if you could let me know how it all goes after the visit.
