No exsistent phone line

Any suggestions welcome

Since activating my account 6 weeks ago I am having no luck in getting an active phone line. I don't even know what my phone number should be.

I am told on the phone there is no fault and it must be my equipment. I have explained it has been checked.

Any advice of where else I can try. I am paying for a service that I clearly can't use.

Firstly may I apologise for the lack of phone service you have had for the past 6 weeks. I am truly sorry that we have been unable to resolve this for you in this time.
