No dialling tone

Hi, I have no dialling tone, checked everything as required. 
This has happened before and it is usually down to a fault in the junction box up the road, which according to the last technician was 'one of the worst'!  The online Virgin chat has been unavailable for 2 days, so can I get a technician via this area please as I have no mobile (old fashioned!)?  The phone status check shows nothing wrong - and it is usually like that with this fault.   Many thanks.

Thanks for checking the handsets for us. I've run diagnostics on your equipment and everything is looking clear on this end. I'd like to send a technician to check this out for you.
