Hi, I have no dialling tone, checked everything as required. This has happened before and it is usually down to a fault in the junction box up the road, which according to the last technician was 'one of the worst'! The online Virgin chat has been unavailable for 2 days, so can I get a technician via this area please as I have no mobile (old fashioned!)? The phone status check shows nothing wrong - and it is usually like that with this fault. Many thanks.
