Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line is not working at the moment.
I've done some checks and can see no evidence of any local issues, and there are no issues being reported on the line itself.
Normally I would now ask for you to check the equipment and then book a technician, however upon looking at the account I can see that this has already been done.
Please let us know how everything goes with the technician.
