No dialling tone-no connection

Morning, since yesterday we have had no land line dialling tone - No connection. Virgin test firstly indicated that there was a fault, second test indicated no fault. Please help - we definitely can't make or receive calls.Thanks.

Thanks for posting in the community.

 

I have run a test on the line and I'm not finding any fault in the area which could be causing this so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced your handset to eliminate any equipment fault?

We have tried two different phones to the land line socket, still no dialling tone!

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

Okay so what I would like to do next is to arrange for one of our engineers to check your line so I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
