Morning, since yesterday we have had no land line dialling tone - No connection. Virgin test firstly indicated that there was a fault, second test indicated no fault. Please help - we definitely can't make or receive calls.Thanks.
I have run a test on the line and I'm not finding any fault in the area which could be causing this so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced your handset to eliminate any equipment fault?
