No dialling tone again

Once again no dial time this is happening every other day now can I cancel my phone service

Welcome to the Community, I apologise for the service you're receiving with your phone line at the moment. I'd really like to help get to the bottom of the issue

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're seeing an outage in your local area causing this problem, reference F004140498.

 

The teams are out now working to get this resolved, it looks like it'll be back up by the end of the day looking at the ticket, if for any reason that doesn't happen, let me know and I'll take another look at this for you.
