Hi,phone not been working for a while now,tried the self test got to 99% and stopped,tried contacting with my mobile but after about 20 minutes ran out of credit,we have replaced the phone so it's not that, really need to get an engineer booked

I have been into the account today and tests are coming back as inconclusive. There's no obvious fault that I can see. It's great you've already run further checks such as replacing the handset too so thanks for that
