No dial tone

Recently had virgin media installed but was told the phone lines outside needed replacing, engineer informed us this would take upto 3 weeks, as of yet, no engineer out, no phone line still and yet we are still paying for a service we do not receive. Cannot call 150 as no dial tone, cannot get through to live chat. Please help!!

Do you have access to another phone in which case report the issue on 0345 454 1111.
