No dial tone

Hi there
Im struggling to reach anyone from virgin via there recommended chat online option. No matter when I try and I have tried many different days and times there is no one available. I am a new customer and i have been paying for a phone line that I have never received a number for and also I have no dial tone. I also tried to contact regarding my bill as I have been charged twice for the same thing. Has anyone had similar problems and can advise. Or is there an email address anyone has?

I've located your account and I'd like to arrange an engineer appointment to get this up and running for you.

 

In regards to being billed twice for the same thing, I've sent you a private message so that we can chat some more about this.
