Hi there Im struggling to reach anyone from virgin via there recommended chat online option. No matter when I try and I have tried many different days and times there is no one available. I am a new customer and i have been paying for a phone line that I have never received a number for and also I have no dial tone. I also tried to contact regarding my bill as I have been charged twice for the same thing. Has anyone had similar problems and can advise. Or is there an email address anyone has? Thanks in advance.
