No dial tone

I've had no dial tone for a couple of weeks.

Calling the phone from another and I get a ring tone, no sound on the phone ever just white noise/creepy silence.

Tested phone and tried another to no avail. 

Can't ring Virgin on expensive 0345 line from mobile, can't log in as I get stuck in a loop trying to reset passwords (very irritating) and the web chat thing is always 'too busy'.

 

This is the final straw, £90+ a month for this rubbish, not much longer.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your telephone service recently.

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're not detecting any errors but as you've been able to test your handset, I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
