WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND NO DIAL TONE, HAVE DONE ALL THE CHECKS EVEN CHANGED THE PHONE JUST IN CASE IT WAS MY HANDSET. STILL NOTHING, CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU, AS I CAN'T RING OUT. WE'VE HAD BAD WEATHER BUT THE PHONE WAS WORKING YESTERDAY. PLEASE HELP WE CANT BE WITHOUT THE PHONE, IT'S A REQUIREMENT FOR OUR DUTIES AS CARERS.
